Message to a banned member.

    Hello,

    I had paid in advance for a task, to one of the members here, at DP.

    I have just found out that the fellow has now been banned!

    (I am not able to find out as to why he was banned.)

    I also found that due the above mentioned bann, I was no longer able to send a PM to him.

    I have sent an email to him, but do not know if he will receive the email or not.

    In such cases, is there a way to be able to get in touch with a banned member, in order to get him to complete a pre paid task?

    I doubt you will be able to find out any info until they get back. (If they do at all.) That's why I always insist on some form of IM.

    If you've made a payment, then you already have the payment contact information and if it's Paypal you can initiate a dispute to communicate your concerns. If you have an email address, then you already have as much information as you should ever need.

    Moderators don't get involved in your business, and they will not release any member profile information to you.

    The advice above is good.

    Always get full contact info from a member before paying member one cent.
