    Hello I got this message on facebook messenger




    I was wondering is this a scam? As I got the message from my cousin but idk if its possible she could of been hacked if its a scam

    I would be careful with this ,you cannot know what it is as many hacker people this days .Bye the way why you dont contact your cousin on phone number for example and ask him about that mesage ?

    If they can get into messenger they can get into facebook.

    It's 99.9% a scam

    Raise that to 100% if you don't actually know the person - and if you think you do check in with them to make sure their account hasn't been hacked or replicated. Then think about how likely it is that the person would ask you - are they a close friend? If not, then why didn't they ask a close friend, why you?

    It's scum and your cousin is hacked 100%.
    You can easily check it by calling your cousin on a landline instead of asking us hehehe
    Part of asking us is to check if it is safe what you received and the answer to that is "NO".
    Also, think about it why would she send you a Facebook message to connect to a phone shouldn't she have someone close by (a household member or friend) do it in person.
    Always stay safe and ask if unsure about something but also think if there is a logic in that what is happening.
