This is probably one of the highest paying google adwords with over 50$ per click... what value should I expect out of this domain?

well they say that Mesothelioma cases will triple in the next 40 years so I'll keep this domain if I can't sell it... I'm sure at some point it will be worth something descent. this is a hot keyword right in the domain name so I suppose it's very useful for an attorney/lawyer who wants to rank high on Google/Yahoo...

I have created a site within that niche before and saw proof that the wrong choice of keyword will leave you only getting $2-$3 rather than the huge offerings others are getting. I sold my developed site that was ranking well within the second page with over 35 unique, quality articles on it for only $60. Searches are few and far between on the subject so clicks are hard to come by. Personally the domain in my eyes would be worth about $2xx at the moment but develop the site and your onto a good thing here.
