Maybe it's just me, but too much pink. Also - too much AdSense. In particular - drop the pink background from the AdSense ads. Site will look better, plus ads will look less intimidating and you'll get more clicks.
The title of the blog is misleading. If you're going to put attorneys, then mention legal issues regarding mesothelioma. Good job on the keyword though--mesothelioma pays well (sometimes) on Adsense. There's some fluctuations but good job selecting the keyword
I think that thesole purpose of the site is to generate money from it as these are the highest paying keywords!!!

Pink to me is a happy color. Dealing with this type of cancer is serious and the themes colors should reflect that.Ditch the pink for a navy or green.

Good design, I like the colours. This doesn't need to be a really great functioning site, you just want surfers to click the ads to get the hell outta there! I would suggest adding a 3rd ad block. Use the large rectangle and stick it in the middle or at the bottom of the text. Maybe you can test this for us? Write 5 articles and stick them on ezinearticles. Who cares about SEO when you can get targetted traffic from Ezinearticles. It would be great if you could do this and let us know how much money you make from traffic from 5 articles.
