Merging WP blog - how ?

    Well i have two blog and two hosting ,, both blogs running on different hosting,, so i want to merge 1 blog into 2nd ..


    Will you please let me know how can i do this ?


    Please also share how can i transfer a wp blog from 1 host to another host..
