Does anyone know how to merge wav (sound files)? I would like to do this with the wav files I have been making using text-to-voice. The goal is to eventually make a youtube video. This will be my first one and so I need to learn how to do everything.

Audacity is an excellent open source audio editor - just open your 2 wav files, then copy and paste just like you would with text.

i use windows movie maker (one that comes with windows) to merge music/audio files to upload to vid sites.

since you'll be making youtube vid, you can simply drop your vid file in vid slot and audios in audio slot of the software.

I use FlexiMusic Wave Editor. Seems like the best tool for merging wave files and i didn't found any hassles. You may try to it, i feel it is more easier than audacity.
