Merging Multiple Domain Link Value

Hey guys, is the following possible:

I want to register a new domain for my site, keep my 2 old domains pointed towards my site (as they are attached to previous email addresses), and also incorporate the "google value" of the two old domains into just the new domain, so I am not spreading my link value etc, to finely across the web. (I read that having multiple domains is no good as it weakens your search power)

    many thanks,
    j

So you want to redirect your old sites to your new site?

If so that is possible but it won't increase the value of the new site, just the traffic if the other sites are getting traffic.

    Hi Mr.Coe,

I don't think I explained myself too well..

What I want to do is find out the actions required to merge the link value of multiple domains into just one domain,
This video explains how to do it but I cant understand what the guy is saying at 2m55secs?

    www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Gv6XlhgkTE

He says: "By doing it through _________ what happens is 1. we can avoid the duplicate content issue & 2. we can add up all the link value.
