Buying Merge and join 2 user database's into 1 + permanent 301 redirect.

    I would need someone to :

    *Do a permanent 301 redirect of a site1.com to site2.com/subdirectory
    *After that merge database in a way where registering on site1.com would automatically mean user existance on site2.com
