   I have two files: one is a TGA file with transparent background. The other is a JPG file. I do not use Photoshop enough to know how to manipulate the files, but I would like to merge the TGA file so it is superimposed over the JPG file. Can someone explain this to me? I have Windows 7-64 using Photoshop CS5.

   In Gimp you'd open the TGA file as a layer - photoshop will have something similar.
