Chargeback is an option offered by the credit card company to their customers and in such as long as a payment processor accepts Credit card as an option, there is no way to escape from the possibility of a chargeback. Some merely just reduced the likelihood by performing several checks and tests before sending the payment to the processing bank. Banks have the final say as to a chargeback request and all payment processors would be powerless against that. The only way to avoid chargeback is not to accept credit cards as a payment option.
I invite you to check over AlertPay.com They have a type of account: Secured that's more merchant friendly .of course it can't help you with credit card charge backs ..but protect a little bit more the seller than PayPal do
yes there is a way to avoid chargeback... after last year scam, i have found my ways to avoid chargeback from a credit card payment...
Yes and no. They don't guarantee that you won't lose money. If what you've sold meets the requirements if a chargeback occurs, they will try to offer some protection. It's a similar method to PayPal's. http://checkout.google.com/support/sell/bin/answer.py?answer=42863
but some merchant really fight charge back. Some doesn't care too much. 2co is good one, that really review anything you gave them.

Obviously his method of avoiding a chargeback is most likely shady in nature. Ther'es no legal way to avoid chargebacks. This is why the old bidpay was so good. Even the new one to a certain extent. It's just their business model of being tied directly to ebay sucked which is why they're out of business.
