I have a yahoo store (merchant solutions) and I am need to a new merchant account. My old merchant account requires me to manually cut/paste all payments because they are not set up on the same platform as Yahoo uses.

Can anyone recommend an affordable merchant account/payment processing company that will work with the Yahoo interface?

All you need basically is First Data / Chase / Paymentech / Cardservice - they all will work for you.

Any company that can connect to the First Data platform will work for you. What products are you selling?

Most major merchant service providers will work with yahoo. You should shop around and compare rates.

You could ask your question - that way it might help others. Yahoo also has a toll-free number to call if it is on their end that you need help. I have called it a few times for clients not based in the United States and I will say they were very helpful when I called.
