Merchant Account Accepts Paypal with fees less than 5% and Payoner Card

Is there any merchant Account provider that accepts paypal with fees less than 5% and Payoner Card for withdraw.

PayPal is an Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP). They also offer some merchants the ability for a complete merchant account. So in one way, PayPal is a competitor of merchant account providers.

However, if you mean what merchant account provider offers PayPal with their merchant account service, you might check out First Data. Since Payflow was bought by PayPal, transitions went into place to use that platform. A few months ago, merchants with First Data could also accept PayPal and Google Checkout on their website.

First Data is the only one that I know of off hand - from the reasons above. There are thousands of First Data agents - search for "is an Independent Agent Office of Cardservice International" since this statement / footer is required on all of the First Data agent's websites. You can have a pick from your search engine results.

Of course, the company will require you to be a US citizen with a US Bank Account. If you are not a US citizen with a social security number (SSN), you need to at least have a US bank account / phone number / address. Otherwise, it is probably better for you to just sign up for the services of both on their websites.
