Menu won't show up in internet explorer

    On my employer website when I visit the calculator sections under cylinder & pumps it doesn't show the menu.
    But if I refresh the page it comes up. Any help / ideas is much appreciated. This is only when using internet explorer

    On the problem page, there is problem with html5.
    Include this file in header
    On the others pages this file is there and all is okay.
