Menu Styling Issue [In IE] (magik creep?) - I've made a min test case...

    I've constructed a minimal test case for something I think might be "http://positioniseverything.net/explorer/creep.html = magik creep" but which doesn't respond to either of the fixes suggested.

    In IE, when the page first loads, the menu text is out of position in relation to the boxes in which it is supposed to be contained. It becomes more and more out of position as you go from one menu item the the next. Moving the mouse cursor over the menu item shifts everything back into the right place.

    This is my final major problem with this website, so any help fixing it would be greatly appreciated!
