Menu showing for IE only

    Hello,
    A little bit ago, I purchased a web design. The designer vanished off the face of the earth when I needed help, so I figured most things out except for one problem. The dropdown menu (for 'services') from my navbar on the top of the site is only showing in IE. I was wondering if anyone knows a simple fix/ solution?

    Here is the layout of it:

    			<ul id="topnav">
    				<li><a class="current" href="http://domain.com/">Home</a></li>
    				<li><a href="domain.com">About</a></li>
    				<li><a href="domain.com">Contact</a></li>
    				<li><a href="domain.com">Services</a></li>
    					<ul>
    						<li><a href="domain1.com">Budget Servers</a></li>
    						<li><a href="domain2.com">Budget VPS's</a></li>
    						<li><a href="domain3.com">Colocation</a></li>
    					</ul>
    				<li><a href="domain.eu">JBoost.EU</a></li>
    				<li><a href="domainme.com">JBPanel</a></li>
    				<li><a href=""><!-- BEGIN PHP Live! code, (c) OSI Codes Inc. -->
    <script language="JavaScript" src="https://domain.com?base_url=https://domain.com&l=Admin&x=1&deptid=0&text=Live+Help"></script>
    <!-- END PHP Live! code : (c) OSI Codes Inc. --></a>

    				</li>
    			</ul><!-- end #topnav -->

    Code (markup):
    I tried my best replacing my company name with domain.com where I can.

    I hope I don't get in trouble for self advertising outside the advertising forums, but here is the link (main page only) http://tinyurl.com/27gzryc

    I would assume maybe the drop down menu is hiding behind the images? If so, is there a fix for this?

    Thanks,

    EDIT: I should note that our server's cPanel is getting a huge update, which is what is causing the site to load slow if anyone is wondering.

    The menu works and looks the same to me in all browsers.

    Wow, I really am tired.... sheesh.

    My issue was the drop down box missing for "services" not showing. I Can't believe I left that out.

    You have the closing </li> in the wrong spot here:
    78.<li><a href="http://jboost.com/servers/">Services</a></li>
    79.<ul>
    80.<li><a href="http://jboost.com/servers/">Budget Servers</a></li>
    81.<li><a href="http://jboost.com/vps/">Budget VPS's</a></li>
    82.<li><a href="http://jboost.com/colo/">Colocation</a></li>
    83.</ul>

    HTML:
    The numbers are the line numbers of the rendered coding BTW.
