Contest Menu of Services for Spa $25 (48 hours)

Hello - I need a 3' x 2' menu board that shows our spa services. I am showing what I came up with but absolutely HATE IT! I am Not a graphic designer. This needs to look good as it is in our entry way. I will award within 48 hours but the quicker you get me something that looks good, the more likely I choose you!

Please see my design below:

This design can tri-fold (see example here) to stand on a desk with clear visual to pricing. It was created on an a4 canvas 300dpi.

 

Feedback based on this subbmital

1. This will go on a wall with some nice stand-offs. It will be 3 feet wide be 2 feet tall so I am thinking everything bigger.
2. I don't really like the background chosen - looks like a restaurant
3. I do like the packages section - maybe bigger
4. Possible use some icons for Body massage, Reflexology (maybe a foot), Surf & Turf Maybe icons from 1 and 2 or different

Really good overall though!!

 

Also Surf & Turf is Foot and Body and NOT Foot and Head

The original icon for silver package was fine - I dont like new one. I want those packages to be BIGGER. There is a lot of room for them and they are getting lost.
Other changes...
1. Prices should be quoted as $ and amount NOT amount and $ For example 40 should be $40 NOT 40$
2. Enhancements section needs some work - pretty small and boring now.
3. Under surf & turf should say "Foot and Body"

If you make these changes I think we are close to a deal!!!
