Menu line showing wrong in chrome

hi i have holkapolka.com and on firefox and ie it works ok but on chrome the right menu line is not lined under the dark colour of the logo above. Ive had help from someone from digital point here before about same issue, hope to resolve again as i redesigned site cause a member here said previous blog was to black and i realized it to be the same so.. i edited it..

 

How do you mean. This is the view I get in Chrome

the black line.. besides the menu with the links, well, that is not right under the black line of the banner.
