    If it's the main menu you could try viewing the source to get an idea; or you could type in something like "horizontal list navbar" in google for some tutorials which use some nice clean code to achieve a similar effect.

    Just do a save as, and extract the menu code and any scripts attached. This is the best way to do it.

    you can do it using css only. try to figure out the css of menu bar. for further help contact me...
