Menu bar IE Problem - Please help - Urgent

    Friends i am adding this menu bar .. which we get in dreamweaver ... all changes i am done what i wanted to do , but now when i see in firefox it is proper and when i see in ie8 ... it showing me different .. the difference images i am attaching below

    First one is ie and second image is in firefox which is proper ... please helpppp

    It would be very helpful to see the coding. Meaning html and css of the problem areas.
