From a SEO standpoint, where in my webpage code is it best to place my menu? Currently me menu is located on the left side and is after the content of each page. Would it be better to have it in my header?

Thanks in advance for the insight:)

My only take on this is the obvious: make sure its not javascript or flash or something and that the menu link anchor texts are the keywords your targeting for the pages. Have never come across anything that directly addresses your question though.

Hey search engines read left to right, so place your keywords near the left!
