Im currently learning about positive cash flow property investing through a mentoring program setup in melbourne, australia. The program consists of workshops and is great because i can directly phone my mentor and ask him any questions i may have.

I figure its the best way to learn about any topic... that is be guided by people that are already successfully doing it.

If there was an adsense mentoring program in which you had to pay an annual fee to participate, would you join?

I think it's a great idea that hasnt yet been explored

why pay money when you can learn from some of the pros on here and other boards? Which is where these mentors are probably learning most of their knowledge.

Although it still is a good idea for Adsense users who havent discovered a place like this yet.

Cool - if you dont mind me asking, does it pay well? Not that I am interested in mentoring for Adsense or anything ;)

it cost me $2500 for 14 months mentoring but i think its well worth it. Im willing to pay that amount for advice on a potential $200,000 + investment.
