    the layout and design clashes with the idea that this is a men's fashion store.

    the home page doesn't answer a lot of concerns that potential buyers might have. References, ratings or maybe return policies if you have would be important

    The site looks ok the logo could do with some improvement it gets lost a bit with everything else on the page. The images etc look great though maybe you could look into blending the white background on the black.

    Very nice site but I don't like logo and header you should create a new attractive logo and header, You should use complete space of site with adding some more content.
