Mencoder / ffmpeg :: Paid Help :: Mkv to Avi + Subs :: Linux

    I hope this is the right Place, i'v been looking for ages for the Perfect Command Line for Mencoder Or FFmpeg for Linux to convert and encode a MKV file to avi (Divx/Xvid) (lamemp3) and Also encode the subs from the Mkv file into the Avi file.

    I googled the heck out of this got up to page 100+ i'v gone thro the manuel so many times i cant even remember.

    If the can be done using a perl/bin/php script i'd be willing to pay for it 50$ for a working script that will work with almost any type of MKV.
