Memory Usage and CPU Usage problem

I am facing problem

CPU Usage 88 / 100 %

Memory Usage 10536 / 262144 K

whereas my hosting allowed below things quite good

Web Server Apache v2.2.21 (cgi)

PHP Max Post Size 30.00 MB
PHP Maximum Upload Size 70.00 MB
PHP Memory Limit 128.00 MB
MySQL Version 5.0.92-community
MySQL Packet Size 32.00 MB

and sometimes my forum facing this error


Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 9699328) (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/xxx/public_html/forums/global.php(355) : eval()'d code on line 401

 

try to move to vps where now you can find vps from 3 - 10$ per month, so that your problem solves

 

if you have Cpanel, just run /scripts/apachelimits from the shell and then service httpd restart
