Memorial type site design required

    I'm looking to create a memoriaL site that will allow people create something similar to the following:

    The link above is part of a newspaper site but I would have the site totally dedicated to online memorials .... the site would have to have a CMS for moderation etc.

    Have a look at the above and PM me with your ideas, links, past experience details and details of your fees ..
