This is my first sale in DP. I know I have no iTraders right now, but do not worry about that. I will gain them quickly in the course of time, after I get started. And for trust, the deal is: I will transfer the domain to the buyer prior to the payment, but only for those members who have at least 10 iTraders. for members below this threshold, I can only promise for being honest.

They have high development potential. You can start an informational ( thats why .info ) or review website and generate high income ( due to high CPC upto $9.56 ) from adsense. All of them contain highly searched keywords and it will be very easy to SEO them because the keyword is contained in the domain name itself. In most of them all majorTLDs are already taken ( I have indicated where ever any major TLD is still available )

Technical Details:
the details of domain are given in the image snapshot above ( if you cant read it PM me for it ) whose explanation is given below -:

• I collected them from different sellers but registrar is Godaddy.com for all of them.
• The CPC stated here is estimated by valuate.com for the contained keyword only.
• The Appraisal stated here is evaluated by estibot.com and may be too high or too low from actual one.
• The .com field is telling the appraisal price of the corresponding .com domain again evaluated by estibot.com.
• Alexa rank, if exists is given against each domain rounded to the lower million.
• Google pageranks are the ones tested with Google toolbar at the time of posting this sale.
• the Since field tells the oldest archived date as determined by Domaintools.com.
• Expiry dates are ranging from few days to 12 months, please see them in the snapshot.
• The other TLDs field tells which Top level domains with the same name within .com, .net, .org and .info are still available as checked by domain availability tool in Name.com

Keeping it simple there are two options -:

Single Domain :
Starting Bid: $5.00
Minimum Increment: $2
Buy It Now: None
Reserve Price: None

• Actual sale ( payment and transfer ) will be done at the end of the auction only. Winners will be notified by PM.
• If there is a winning bid for all domains in a lot, all the single domain bids will be canceled automatically.
• Once again, I am repeating, I will transfer the domain in advance before the payment for buyers having at least iTrader 10. for all others they have to send payment and I will transfer the domain withing 48 hours.
• If the domain is expiring in the auction period, I will renew it on my expense. But after the transfer ( which will be possible only if the domain is active at the time of transfer) the new owner will be responsible to renew them.
