Hello, I'm currently breaking into the membership site world. I'm beginning work on my site now and would like to have all the pieces in place going forward. I'm looking for someone who can fulfill the position of Membership Site Specialist. I'm flexible as to if this is part time or full time. Also flexible on the pay. We can do per hour, if you're generating results. Or a per sign-up method, which I will probably pay more for. You must have experience running a membership site and attracting/keeping members around. The pricepoint is medium ($50) per month, and probably low for the gambling nitch. I'm willing to make any recommendations you suggest to help increase the amount of customers we have. IE free giveaways, prizes, raffles etc. Very flexible position as long as results are showing.
This is what you offer right, or is it the pay you are willing to give the person who will work for you? Some questions 1. What kind of role do we have? 2. Do we have to manage the site? provide technical knowledge? or is it that we need to market your membership site?
$50 per month is what members would pay to receive full access to all of our handicapping picks. I believe this is low for someone who is able to attract customers. Basically, you would be in charge of marketing, attracting customers, and helping to keep them. Technical knowledge would be a plus, but it's not required. You would not have to manage the site. I will have a few others collecting and inserting data, which is all the leg work the site will require. I will add the picks myself. I willing to pay: 1. Per sign up 2. Per sign up that stays over 1, 3, 6, 12 etc months and pay per how long the person is a member 3. Per hour.
We'll use a medium like oDesk which requires screenshots at first and can track the work. We'll be able to see if any results are being produced.
