Membership Management Software?

    I want to create a website where members pay a monthly fee and they have access to content. I want to have diferent memberships (i.e. Silver, Gold, etc.)

    I have heard about few software but all are of $100+. For your information, they are phpcow, aMember, VisionGate (they are also providing hosting space with their software).
