Selling Membership Based SEO Site Making 2,200$+ on Recurring Income Monthly

Looking for a serious buyer for a subscription based SEO service selling website. Site is established and has reputation around the IM forums. We have earning proofs dating back more than 3 months. Let me explain abit what the site is about

What We Sell
We offer blog lists for Scrapbox (scrapebox.com) based users in which numbers in the hundreds of thousands of 'auto approve' basd URLs. We sell our service on a MONTHLY recurring term of 39.95$

How much is the revenue?
Revenue is usually around 2300-2500$ the tag of 2200$ up there is net Profit on average. (Last month's net profit was around 2400$)

The Website pretty much sells itself since we have sales threads on a few IM forums and alot of SEO work has been done to the site since it launched. We have Page 1 ranking for a main keyword which is searched 22,200 Times Globally every month. All you need to do is to learn how to build the lists (product) to update in the member's section for the member's to download them.

How Long Does it take to maintain?
I usually take 1 day's time (24hrs) each week to update the lists for all member's so it's about 4 days' (96hours) per month would be sufficient to maintain everything and pocket the 2k++$ profit.

Why Am i Selling it?
It's simple, i have a few other project i'm working on and one of them needs a large amount of funds hence i'm selling off this business to a serious buyer to take it to new heights.

First off, I am interested in your site (not committing to anything of course, just interested at this point), but have a few questions:



* Do you have an opt-in list with the site, and will it go with the sale? - If not, does the membership system have any way of sending out a mass email/message to all subscribers?

* Are the payments made on auto, via a subscription or do users send payments manually each month?

* Do you have to scrape different lists for all users, or just 1 main list that goes out to all?

* Do you have a reserve price in mind?

Sorry for all the questions - not trying to mess you around or anything, just trying to build up a better picture of what is on offer... Even if I don't buy, I think the answers to the above will help others too
