Members with less then 5 post can't PM

    Today I had another PM with some great offers how I could make alot of money on-line. I only needed to pay X$ etc etc... you know what I mean, an advertisement PM. The user who sended it to me is already banned but when I watched his profile I saw that he had zero posts, when watching the other members who sended spam I came to the conclusion that they all have zero posts. So I suggest an Admin could install a mod that prohibits people with less then 5 posts to send a PM or a sort of mod were you can choose to allow PM's from people with less then X posts.

    Seriously folks... SEARCH before suggesting things. This has to have been suggested at least a dozen times in the past few weeks, and every time we say it's not likely to happen.
