Member using Fraudulent Paypal Accounts

Hi everybody,

I have been stung today by a member using a fraudulent paypal account/accounts. Unfortunately, I have no idea who to turn to as to sort it out with the forum (i.e. a moderator to discuss the issue further). I have recouped my losses, but for the benefit of the board, I'd like to try and sort it out without doing a name & shame.

Please advise
