Member only Directory script recommendation

Hi

I'm looking for a recommendation for a directory script - should have a member-only submission feature i.e. any1 interested in submitting his link has to register before he can access the "submit link" page.

Are there any scripts that provide this out of the box? Looking for free / low cost, since I'd like to use it on multiple domains.

did you check k-links and i think INDEXU is also the same.
