Hi guys, I've been a reader of this forum for a very long time and this is the first time that I've had to post with a problem. I have a vBulletin forum running on 3.8.1. Now the problem is that if they log in under the www.xxxxxxx.net (unsure if i can post my forum here) they can log in just fine, but if they log in with just xxxxxxx.net (leaving out the www.) they loop back to the log in page. I think it's something to do with the htaccess but unsure. I don't think it's a cookie issue as members have tried clearing them. Could any of you guys shine some light on this matter for me?
