Sounds like you need a website broker. It really depends on the current state of traffic and revenue. The past is irrelevant, but what is relevant is how it's doing now, the past twelve months and the current trend (if traffic/sales are going up, down, stagnant, etc). Maybe you can figure it out from that. Make sure you have a good Analytics tool (Google's at least, or something else high end) tracking at least traffic and if not conversions, etc. It's the kind of material that can help a sale.
