i am facing numorous type of problem with this hosting if any one need more details can contact me. some of my sites are deleted without notification lots of my plugin deleted i dont how ......he is not replying since last two days...he replied me all previous query but couldnt sort any of them....

please please please reply me my queries and everything..sort it ASAP or should i leave hosting

i bough your hosting since last two month...one of my site is Health Tips has lots ranking because of these thing only and 3 more are about to lose so please dont trust any more.

 

crap hosting got a master reseller account but i was facing some problems with whmcs and submited a ticket so one of the staff member told me go to bla bla web and ask for help and closed my ticket .. so what u ppls doz if we have to go other sites and ask for help huh

 

Probably you didn't realize what does the tech tried to mean, i feel such after seeing your first post on the sales thread. We do not provide any type of support for 3rd party scripts like WHMCS. As we haven't made any such script and it is totally unworthy to ask support to us on such cases. The way you should go, is to ask the respective script support, and if it needs any server informations, simply inform via the ticket. I would appreicate if you can PM me your ticket ID.

Update:
Just saw your ticket searching the database using your name, The support query you are asking fully belongs to whmcs.com support as you are not being able to set the WHMCS configuration at all. You pay to whmcs for their support, which you should ask for. You shouldn't make a ticket asking to your hosting service informing how to configure your WHMCS and what does WHMCS function do. This meant to be insane a bit.
