67.228.101.162 is pathetic. The return time is 118 ms average where as I get 88 seconds or less even from servers based in India.
The server is also off an on today. How can someone run a business site on such server?

I m not really sure why you guys don't answer my replies when i ask for sending me your domain in PM. If you are in India and pinging servers in India, it is quite reasonable to receive lower response rate. 500 Error doesn't mean the server is down, it means you are forking the server resources like cpu and memory or mysql connections. If you continuously receive this that means you must be running some script which is forking your resources very frequently. Please also post your uptime url based on which you ask or post a query. Simply posting such never going to help me anyway.

Your support really frustrates me (tickets take upto 24h to have a reply... and when it's an unsuspension request this can be really frustrating: people lose sponsorships and it's a really bad practice). And you use to suspend accounts for nearly nothing at all.

For example, you suspended an account a month ago, my client installed an addon (caching) and you agreed to unsuspend it... and now it's suspended again. And it was just a wordpress with really little traffic.

 

Today, infoerno is so poor that one refresh of browser is enough to have your system blacklist ip address

And no, I am not pinging Indian servers from India, I am pinging them from here, right here in North America. Your take 118 seconds at the least

 

A ticket relates to suspension can take more than 48 hours to answer. It is not a task of technical department. Our abuse department doesn't work 24 hours, more over on the weekend you can't expect a reply on abuse tickets. Suspension can be of different reasons, the way you are approaching doesn't feel me to look at your issue, i will allow the abuse department to come on monday and have a look at those issues.

Tech guys will take care of tech tickets, i don't expect a constant reply on a sales ticket anyway. The only thing you can do here is to PM me the ticket ID. Unfortunately, nothing more than that i can do for you.
