Im confused because the test file is located in a different IP address

i have been with mellowhost and it is bad. You dont have whm master reseller access instead some custom one located on there site which can barely do anything. Also if you want to create a reseller you need to first create a normal hosting account then log in to there reseller panel and then grant it reseller privilage. Very big hassle just to create a reseller.

 

i have accounts on mellow1, natasha and driver. I used to have an account in inferno but the performance was really bad. what other nodes you have that are RELIABLE (minimal errors and downtime preferrably 99.9% uptime every month)?

 

I m sorry to hear that you didn't like our master reseller panel, but with the WHMReseller you do the same thing to create the Reseller account, the only difference is we keep our MR-Panel on a different url, there are two reasons of doing this:

1. We don't want your reseller to understand you are a master reseller, as they can do the assumption simply by logging into his WHM.

2. We want to control all the server from one control panel so that in future we may offer multi node resellers for the clients.

This product is still in beta mode, and we are continuously working on making it more perfect. Sorry again as it couldn't satisfy your need.

For last 2 months, Inferno is running at 99.78% uptime with 1 minute interval.

I was in mellow host to!! My website was hacked and my website was redirected to a some japanaes or chinese website..its url was xio.com

 

do you have other node other than inferno and the ones i listed above? you have 10 nodes right? i mentioned only 4, what are the other 6 nodes and what you can recommend the best? the node that is not yet loaded with so much clients and that a lot of resources are still available

by the way, i like your master reseller panel. THe only thing i didnt like is you only allow 15 reseller accounts with your master reseller package. I thought initially it was unmetered number of reseller accounts!

 

Sorry to hear that, but i couldn't find any trace of hosting that domain with us. If this domain is what you hosted with us "sportscrazyforum.com", then i believe you didn't open a support ticket to find trace on what may caused the hack on your site. Most of the cases, hacks are made due to the webmasters fault in setting up permission of different folders. Please do open ticket to get assistance from the support team in case of hacking attempts.

All the nodes are already filled with the amount of accounts we host, but a few clients always shifts. If you need 6 accounts on 6 other nodes, you simply need to through an email to

Your reseller panel is not the same. It is horrable in order to create a new reseller you need to create a shared account then grant it reseller permissions. After you need to submit a ticket because the reseller doesn't have any permissions. About 3 hours later the new reseller account you created it ready. BTW this is Inferno, downtime everyday about 10-20 minutes some router issue or something. Also live support chat hasn't been up for about 4 MONTHS!

 

I'm on driver its okay I guess.

It is the same as it uses the same Cpanel api. The difference is we do not allow users to do this from WHM.

A uptime report would be appreciable and i would appreciate if you can provide me the domain you hosted with us, as i do not practically think you did host any site with us after your assumptions. Live Chat was no mean of communication and has never been the first priority support. It is online for 4 hours every day only. I believe thats your bed time

Can you please forward me the error message you are receiving while sending mails to sales?

We do not have one server running, most of them running on approximately the same, though, it is not guranteed due to different environments. Though, most common staffs are running on the server, if you have specific module, please mail to sales.
