    Firstly MegaUpload is not a Trademarked name, so there is no issues with running the site.

    Domain is registered with Enom, free account creation and push. Expires, April 2008.

    This is a Premium domain for an uploading service!

    Sale comes with everything, Domain, Script plus this is a unique design & logo which will never be sold or used again.

    The site can earn revenue via Adsense integration on all pages, plus from the sale of Premuim Subscription accounts which is handled via the admin panel. Subscription accounts are payed through Paypal, and you set the price and payment frequency.

    The admin panel also gives you full control over what filetypes and sizes can be uploaded, control over users, uploaded files plus the ability to bulk email all members.

    Assume little traffic/revenue.

    I can move the site to the winners cPanel hosting for them free of charge. Also comes with 1 months hosting if required PLUS a PR4 backlink until the next Pagerank update PLUS i will leave the site in my signature until the end of the month (over 860 posts), which will almost guarantee you PR even if you do nothing.

    Would of been intrested by to be honest I feel your price is to high? How about a lower start bid, from what I see the only thing worth anything is the domain.
