MegaUpload link question!!!

    I want to creat a cartoon downloading site. The links will be Megaupload links.
    My question is

    1. Do i need any kind of permission to place the links on my site?
    2. when i place the links, will it be changed in any duration?
    3. Link expires?

    I will collect megaupload links from many sites. Then i'll place all the links in a single page. Can i do that?
