    I am selling my forum http://megadlz.com.

    It's a 7 month old site with quite a good statistics. Gets around 4000 Unique Visitors Plus its a PR2 and over 20,000 pages indexed in google.

    The reason im selling is i don't have enough time to maintain the site as i am busy with my studies. So i have finally decided to sell it.

    No, It doesn't include Vbulletin license. But as this forum is hosted offshore. So there is no hassle for the license thing.
    Also i will provide the buyer with two months of free hosting.
