I understand your concern. I beleive metros does his work properly but there could be some problem with this job. I will discuss with him and will get your things corrected asap. I can understand that you are supposed to get what you paid for and if there is anything wrong then I will get it corrected asap. Please give me few days for it.

I hope we will not loose any clients till your issue is resolved in the process . Please give your feedback on the bookmark, stumble and del things. Anyways I will see that your issue is taken care of.

As Harry said, i will be more then happy to short your problems.
I have never ever had any unsatisfied clients, and i don't intend to have any - therefor if you will be kind to give me the url so i can check the problem and finally fix it.

I purchased the mega package and am very happy with the work completed. I received a detailed report for each respective part and was able to look into each one easily and efficiently. I recommend using the their service.

I even received a partial refund because some of the directories they were submitting to i was already listed and therefore could not be completed. Keep in mind, i did not ask for a refund, instead the group was proactive and addressed the issue. Now that's excellent customer service!

I found this package to be worth the money to me. I did see an immediate bump in my traffic stats. The Stumbles alone are worth the price to me.

Some of the directory submission confirmation emails from the directories had links to where my link was supposed to be that didn't work. I only noticed this on about 10 of them, but that is not the fault of Harry Potter or his staff. The rest of the links were where they were supposed to be.

Overall I found this package to be of great value and a huge time saver for me to have someone else do this work for me. I do recommend this service as it is indeed a very good value overall.

I have a question. I am very interested in your mega package. We have already submitted our website to 800 directories. How would you keep up with what directories we to which we have already submitted. Can we provide a spreadsheet? I wouldn't want to resubmit to them and cause them to think we were spamming them.

Alternatively, could we use another domain for the directories and our main domain for the remainder of the package.

Hi Teddy,
If your site is already submitted to most directories in our list then we would notify you the same and might issue a refund for the portion which can not be completed. But yes it will be best to use 2 different URLs for the pack. One for the directories and the other for other services. We have no issues with that.
