    Since there seems to be some confusion as to what is considered spam and not, there better be a checks/balances system in place to make sure that decent sites aren't hurt during the screening process. That second PR6 site looked like a real quality site. The real question is what language it is in. Looks Polish...

    What would you do to a site that conducted downloads of malware or a landing page that linked to sites that loaded adware, would you ban those webmasters or not?

    Either they changed their site or Google changed its standards because that site now has PR4. I assume that PR4 is not a bad neighborhood.
