Hey, I am starting my new and first proper website soon. I just would like to know how hard it will be to get so much traffic, and how much roughly with AdSence alone would I be able to generate with this amount of traffic. Unique Visitors: 10,000/day, Impressions: 50,000/day, So can you give me advice with that? Also how much revenue via google could that make? The site would be a gaming related website. All depends on how your ads are set up. You can't measure how much you will make from Google simply by amount of traffic alone.
You are assuming you will get 5 page visits per user on average. That will depend a lot on the type of site it is. Some sites just can't expect to get that.
The amount of traffic and also your client base. Since it's gaming, assuming most of your customers are relatively internet-literate, many do not click on ads, for similar reasons to the DP members, as they are seen as "spam". So, you can expect a CTR of less than average.
Yo asked how hard? Very hard if it's your first site. Actually there's no real way to exactly know if adsense will pay much. From the sounds of the word "gaming" than I'd bet no. I grasp 1300 unique visitors at my flash arcade and that's about $3 a day. Of course I depend on several incomes on that site and it all adds up. Getting 10,000 visits a day will be tough and for you to make it stable like that will not take days, but months. Maybe even a year unless you have a special trick to pull this.
