I am making what i guess you could call a "anonymous link board" I have the idea pretty well though out in my head and tryed to get it on some images, so here is three i mad that i will try to explain: Main Page... Page to add links "Admin Panel" Ok lets start explaining MAIN PAGE: there will be a list of just plain old links in a row of 30. Each page cutoff will be 30. on the left of each will be a "FTW" button, and when clicked it will bump the link to the top of the list. On the right of the link, there is a report button, which will be pressed when offensive/illegal content is linked. I want each IP to only be able to "FTW" a link only 5 times every 24hours to reduce spam or self "bumping". I dont think reporting should have a limit for now. "PAGE TO ADD LINKS" users will be freely allowed to add their own links, or links they like to this list. The picture shows the very simple forum for them to add links. Link and link name is all it requires. When information is submitted, their link will appear at the top of the list. I want CAPTA system for this to "try" to block spaming. Each IP may only submit 5 links per 24 hours. "ADMIN PANEL" pretty much self explanitory, and questions PM or post. Please Read This: I dont not care about how it "looks" (colors and such), i just want it to be very simple, yet effective like cragslist, sortta, lol Budget negotiable! Please post questions!
alright, and one part i forgot: "Totals" is how many times the "FTW" button has been pushed for that link Also, i want links that haven't had the "FTW" button pushed in 30 days to automatically be deleted.
