Meditation and Mental Health

    Meditation is good for our mental health as it calms over body and mind. I have tried a course of meditation and it helps me to cope with day to day life.

    Have you ever tried it and do you find it helpful?

    Meditation can do miracles, this is my belief. Because I did this kind of meditation course about 2 years ago, regular practice it and feel always fresh, energetic, more creative and getting most out of my skills.

    i have tried meditation to control my dreams! and it did worked, i have presented the storry before on dp, so am not going to say it again!

    meditation can help a lot if done properly, it is not excatly as the yoga. the kind of stressful days am having on dp, i guess meditaion is very important:)

    I've had some pretty incredible lucid dreams - more by fluke than anything I've done on purpose. I had them regularly for a couple of months - don't know where they came from, or where they went. I still have them occasionally when I'm really over tired (to the point of hallucination). It's a nice payoff for working all night :D
