    Hello friends i have a website www.freedpmpharmacy.be i want to just ask is it legal to sell medicines?

    Unless you are a registered pharmacist.
    Or a registered agent for a drug company.

    Unless by medicines you mean aspirin, etc.

    Now, in general, if your site is just an affiliate for some pharmacy company, you are okay.
    Could not tell as your site does not come up.

    it depends on which affiliate.

    Some of the pharmacy affiliates sell controlled drugs which will get you in big trouble.

    Some of the pharmacy affiliates are just using online questionaires to fulfil the prescriptions. A lot of them are caught without hiring a doctor. They just lied about that they have a doctor on their end. You are in trouble too.

    Some of the pharmacy affiliates hire doctors. But they simply give out drugs without any consultations.
