    You don't need a menu saying 'google search', also rather slow loading on my fast cable bb.

    Nice colors, but the text fonts could be more consistent. Also the header looks brokem/unfinished.

    That is a very crowded website and is very hard to figure out what is going on especially which parts of the site are about searching the directory and which are about all the adverts and tools you have on there.

    It also fails xhtml validation quite badly - 198 errors and 466 guidance comments in total from w3c therefore a directory about web design is not giving a good signal to potential users, and it certainly will not get indexed very well or if at all by search engines. Also regarding layout, it's broken in IE7 and it uses tables rather than CSS so not really an up to date web design technique these days.

    I guess this is sometimes quite common for modified free templates from the likes of mambo and joomla but you need to try to make the site look less busy and more about what service you are offering that is different from the crowd.
