    The site has well-written, 100% unique, hand-created content. Full ownership and copyright on the content is passed on to the buyer...none of it will ever be used or sold again by me.

    There are a total of 8,895 words of content. Word count excludes meta tags, headlines, navigation bar, etc. This is spread over 15 pages, which comes to an average of 593 words per page. That's solid spider food as well as meaty content for visitors. Minimum word count per page: 541. Maximum word count: 667.

    The site has a two-word, easy-to-remember domain name containing the niche's main keyword. The keyword ‘hypertension’ has a daily predict figure of 2,143 according to Wordtracker, which translates into an estimated 64,000 searches per month. This is a highly searched for phrase.

    Basic SEO is in place - keyword in title, essential metas, headline, etc.

    Since the site is brand new, assume nil traffic and earnings.

    Domain name was registered on October 13, 2007 and expires on October 13, 2008. You get almost the full remaining year. Domain name is registered with Namecheap.com. The buyer will need to have a Namecheap.com account so that I can push the domain to his/her account.

    The bidding details are as follows:

    Auction ends in: 7 days from listing date.
