Fact 1: Sex burns calories @ 5 calories / min. Regular sex is good for heart. It improves blood circulation and burns fat. Intense love making increases the fat burning rate. Greater the excitment ---> greater the fat buring rate. Fact 2: Kiss is good for oral health. Kiss especially "French kiss" (pasting of lips to lips) increases the saliva secretion, which washes out the food particles in the mouth and thus good for both oral and dental health. Fact 3: Sex is stress buster. Love making involves brain. Brain is activly involved in sexual desire. It activates pheromones which are good for stress controll. Certain neurotransmitters are also secreted which are good to controll the depression. Intense love making ends with an intense climax. Ejaculation/orgasm involves tension of entire body muscles and after the ejaculation/orgasm entire body relaxes at once which relaxes the entire body muscles and physically body is relaxed. Fact 4: Regular sex (not over sex) improves the reproductive power of both male and female. Regular sex improves the secretion of sex hormones (testoestorone in males and etrogen in females) which are essential for sexual health amd also controll various other function in body.Like secretion of estrogen gives a glow to the skin of females and shine on their hairs. Testoestorones give males an agressive move in life. Regular sex is necessary for the adequate sperm count in male. Sperms take around 10 days for maturity in the seminivesicles (shukrashaya) and after that they die. If male does lot of sex, then the sperm count falls down. The number of sperms per ejaculation and number of mature sperms per ejaculation fall down. At the same time, if the male does not do sex for long time or does it with less frequency then the sperms die and due to the body feedback mechanism, the signals from the brain goes to the testis for producing less sperms. So regular sex frequency is needed for increasing reproductive value. Fact 5: It is a proven fact that sex hormones are secreted in the morning hours. Due to this fact, most males get erection during morning hours which is automatic. It is due to testoestorne lavels, which are higher at that time of the day. Experts have a strong opinion that the couple who are having disturbed sex life due to fatigue and stress, must try the morning hour sex because at that time the envoirnment is peaceful, the sex hormones are at their peak lavel and the body is relaxed so the enjoyment is more. Males will get the better hard on and may take longer time to stay in love making. Females are also relaxed at that time as they are not having daily issues in mind and, if couple is having children then they are also asleep so that fear of their awakening is almost nil.

Here are my thoughts on each fact... 1- Im quite sure you lose a lot more than 5 calories per minute. Maybe if you were going at 6 TPM (thrusts per minute) it would be 5 calories. Everywhere ive read (not sure if its true) you lose like 600 calories per session. If these facts are true I wish I could go for 2 hours straight. 2- If you say so. 3- Pounding anything relieves stress. Be it with your member or a hammer. 4- Either sex or hand parties works for this one. 5- At night I can go for around 45 minutes compared to the 2 minutes of attempted sex in the morning. In the morning I may not have to do any work to get it up but im so not in the mood to do it.
