    i have some gambling type website, but i dont run any ppc add. if you are looking for, then i wud suggest you use adbrite, you can make good money with it.

    3FN supports this kind of traffic. They have keywords you can advertise that pay $4/click and more for quality US traffic.

    These networks are not really contextual, but they accept gambling sites:

    - AdEngage
    - AdBrite
    - BidVertiser (I don't recommend this one though)
